The Duke of Sussex's trip to the United Kingdom to visit his sick father, King Charles III, has made him the headline of British tabloids despite them swearing for years that he is irrelevant.
Prince Harry, who resides in Montecito, California, with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their two children, made an abrupt visit to the island upon receiving the news that his father had been diagnosed with some cancer.
The British media, however, used the opportunity to bash his relationship with his family instead of focusing on the ailing king and the princess of Wales, who is still recovering from abdominal surgery.

According to Tom Bower, a royal expert, Prince Harry's visit to the UK was self-serving, and he aimed to promote his profile after telling so many lies about his family.
'It is Prince Harry looking for self-promotion to raise his profile. Harry has been the source of the most dreadful lies, treachery and disloyalty.' said the royal expert.
GB News, a fierce critic of Prince Harry, also blamed him for not traveling with his children to the UK, claiming that it would be nice for the king to see his grandchildren.
"I think it's cruel and wicked for grandchildren to be separated from their grandparents for no good reason."
Prince Harry's visit with his father is estimated to have lasted only 45 minutes; while speaking on Good Morning Britain, Andrew Pierce, who also works for the Daily Mail, claimed that the meeting was short because the palace doesn't trust Harry.
It's laughable that it is the same media that was vilifying him and his wife for not going to see the king before he went to the hospital, but the moment he shows up, they whine about him wanting attention.
If Prince Harry had shown up with his children, he would have been accused of being insensitive for taking attention away from the ailing royals. It's always a lose-lose situation for him when it comes to the British tabloids.
The delusion has gone so deep that he and meghan are being accused of contributing to the king's cancer diagnosis.
'Could the stress of having to sort out the Prince Harry situation over the last two years have contributed to his illness?'
The British media has for years called him irrelevant and a traitor for choosing his family and children, but they still write thousands of articles about the 'irrelevant prince' and his wife.
The British media has several double standards regarding Prince Harry and Prince William. The Prince of Wales is applauded for taking time off to care for his children and wife, while Prince Harry has been criticized for doing the same.
After years of telling him that he is not wanted in royal duties, they want him to step up and fill the gap the three working royals left. An article by Dailymail notes that Harry and Meghan are the only younger royals who can take over official duties.
It is unclear how long Prince Harry will stay in the UK and where he will stay since the Frogmore cottage was taken away from them.
