Hon. Kabando Wa Kabando has asserted that President William Ruto has regressed Kenya to the dark days reminiscent of former President Moi. According to Kabando, President Ruto allegedly resorts to hiring school children to attend his rallies in an attempt to showcase artificial popularity on the ground.
